The classic combination of blue and white is convincing in its simplicity and well-suited for tableware, because dishes and food are shown off very well on it.

A handmade butter dish is so much nicer and also more practical than just butter in a packet on the table, and the rectangular plates and bowls are wonderful for sushi, for example.

I originally designed the rectangular plates to go with a practical set for sprouting sprouts. I use it every day at home – the sprouts are a great addition to any meal and are also delicious and, above all, very healthy.
