ANNUSCH’s latest collection of urns includes a variety of models in different shapes, colours and glazes.

Most of the models do not resemble a classic urn at first sight. They are rather beautiful and unique objects or artworks, and with their lively shapes, colours and decorations they are much more reminiscent of life than of death.

For us humans, letting go is one of life’s greatest challenges. But just as death is part of life, the grief of parting is in many ways connected to the grateful memory of a loved one, which outlasts the pain at the end. ANNUSCH gives this transition from pain to gratitude a symbolic expression through the earth coming alive in her hands.
